چکیده
Abstract This study investigates the mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of explosion-welded Al/Cu two-layer strips during ECAR process using finite element simulations experiments. Furthermore, strip was examined with various configurations to determine effects die angle friction coefficient on distributions effective strain stress. In addition, experimental computational approaches were utilized explore in two routes, RA RC, for three directions. Finite run validated data. The findings show that method is enhance strips. Moreover, obtained results represent reduced size grains. it shown by increasing number routes process, stress values increased. However, ductility decreased. According current study, route used have a considerable effect strength strip.
